Vision

Help children from life threatening and chronic health issues, especially those with cancer, be kids away from all the medical necessities and bring joy into their lives through horses and nature; allow families to reconnect in a peaceful and caring environment at no cost.

Goals

1. 1.Outreach through our partnership with community organizations, events, businesses and medical professionals (physicians nurses, social workers and child life specialists) Angel Heart Farm connects with and brings new families to the program as well as giving Angel Heart Farm increased credibility and community awareness and support. Participate in or host 2-4 outreach activities each month.
2. 2.Increase social media presence by expanding our frequency but also increasing the platforms to reach new donors as well as increase visibility for new participants. This goal also is intended to increase our ability to serve a larger population of children and families facing a chronic and/or life threatening illness.
3. 3.Rising childhood cancer rates are driving greater needs to find alternative forms of healing for the mind, body and spirit in conjunction with medical treatment. With increased financial support and consistent volunteer support, Angel Heart Farm can continue serving all families at no-cost to them.
