THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION WILL BE TO ORGANIZE AND SUPERVISE A NATIONAL BASEBALL PROGRAM FOR YOUTH AGES FIVE THROUGHT EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY IN A MINIMUM OF 12 REGULAR SEASON GAMES.
