1. 1.To expand and increase access to existing educational and family support programs by 30% over the next five years through strategic community partnerships, enhanced outreach efforts, and the addition of both a middle school and high school, ensuring more underserved families in Homestead can benefit from LaSalle Educational Center’s services.
2. 2.To strengthen the organizational capacity of the LaSalle Educational Center by enhancing staff development, improving infrastructure, and securing sustainable funding sources, aiming to increase operational efficiency and long-term program impact by the end of the next fiscal year.
