Vision

We hope to enhance the lives of children in SW Florida by developing values. We offer any child to apply for post-high school scholarships, allowing them to achieve their dreams without the burden of debt. We help them with educational seminars including financial and personal goal setting.

Goals

1. 1.Although we were established in 1996, we've made it our mission to expand and improve our programs. In the past few years we have expanded our summer program to 200 participants. We've worked at educating our volunteers, who are high school and college aged, stressing the need to give back to our community. We've also worked at fundraising and now have $2,000,000 in our endowment fund.
2. 2.This year we have a full time Executive Director. All financials are done in house with a CPA review and submission of our 990. We've invested in new software and communication with our donors. Our board meets 6-10 times per year and monthly updates are given to the board and donors. We've expanded our educational portion to not only our program participants, but to parents and volunteers.
3. 3.We've been working with our smaller local community not only for exposure to our program, but providing resources and education to families of our area. We've been working with high school career centers, technical schools, and private employers to encourage students to find their passion and visit or intern at possible career choices. We help with admissions to post-high school venues.
