Vision

Our vision is to end homelessness in Southern Nevada.

Goals

1. 1.Expand access to housing-focused services by increasing street outreach, Project Homeless Connect events, and other targeted events. Strengthen year-round navigation, case management, and coordinated partnerships to connect more individuals and families experiencing homelessness with housing, healthcare, income, and supportive services
2. 2.Develop specialized programs that respond to emerging community needs, including Home Connect for Older Adults, Guided Home for youth experiencing homelessness, and expanded reentry services for justice-involved individuals. These initiatives provide targeted housing navigation, coordinated support, and pathways to long-term housing stability.
3. 3.Strengthen Nevada Homeless Alliance's advocacy leadership by relaunching the Policy Council on Homelessness, expanding engagement with people with lived experience, hiring a policy professional, and advancing evidence-informed local, state, and federal policy solutions that prevent and end homelessness.
