Goals

1. 1.Expand reach and impact by scaling existing leadership and workforce development programs, increasing access for minority students across the Mid-Atlantic region through strategic partnerships and enhanced program capacity.
2. 2.Strengthen internal operations by enhancing financial systems, staff development, and technical infrastructure to improve program delivery, ensure long-term sustainability, and support the growing needs of our students and partners.
3. 3.Deepen our advocacy for educational equity and leadership development by amplifying the voices of minority students, promoting policies that remove barriers to opportunity, and increasing awareness of the historical and societal impact of our mission.
