Mission

Established in 1991 as Louisiana's first Children's Advocacy Center (CAC), the Jefferson CAC is a nationally accredited, 501 (c)3 dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate services to child abuse survivors and breaking the cycle of abuse. Our mission is to assist in the investigation, treatment and prevention of child victimization by utilizing a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach that includes Law Enforcement, Prosecutors, Social Services, Mental Health and Medical Professionals.
