Goals

1. 1.Provide affordable and accessible spay neuter for all cat caretakers or owners in Washington Parish.
2. 2.Provide information to all residents of Washington Parish pertaining to reasons to spay/neuter, where and when to spay/neuter, and how cats are an important part of the community.
3. 3.Increase the number of trappers available for trapping and transporting cats to surgery sites. Develop a plan to support the trappers who are all volunteers.
