PROVIDE HOUSING FOR LOW TO LOW MODERATE INCOME FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH RENT OR OWNERSHIP. WORKING WITH AT-RISK AND OTHER YOUTH AND ADULTS PROVIDING MENTORING FOR INDIVIDUALS HELPING IN LOW INCOME AREAS WITH HOME REPAIRS, UTILITIES AND OTHER NEEDS.
