Mission

Hill Country Horse Rescue HCHR is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to rescuing equines from neglect abuse abandonment and law enforcement seizures for over 30 years. We strive to improve the lives of equines by providing a safe haven for healing and rehabilitation while working with our equine partners to educate and inspire the youth and their families.

Vision

To meet a growing need for equine rescue services in Central Texas and develop Educational Learning programs, which partner rehabilitated equines with potential forever homes, while preventing future cruelty towards equines by educating the community.

Goals

1.Develop and implement an updated educational program focusing on proper equine care.
2.Grow our presence in the community through strategic marketing.
