PLACEMENT OF CHILDREN IN FOSTER HOMES FOR THE STATE OF TEXAS, TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTIVE AND REGULATORY SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES ADOPTION SERVICES, FAMILY COUNSELING, YOUTH COUNSELING AND CRISES INTERVENTION.
