Our mission is to spread hope, peace and healing in our community by providing free lay counseling, discounted professional therapy, support groups, training and education that promotes mental wellness.

Vision

Our vision is to provide a caring and safe environment for our clients to pursue healing from past hurts, peace in today's struggles and hope for a better tomorrow. We offer love, encouragement, accountability, perspective, skills and tools to help our clients navigate life's struggles in a healthy way.
