The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: We are working on expanding access to programs through strategic projects and partnerships that address the diverse needs of our community. One significant initiative is the development of a transitional living apartment complex. Our expansion efforts are geared toward creating a more robust network of care, addressing both immediate needs and long-term stability for our children.
Goal Two: Jonathan's Place will invest in organizational capacity by securing diversified funding sources to enhance financial stability, implementing strategic management practices to optimize program delivery, and upgrading technology infrastructure to improve data management, service tracking, and donor engagement, ensuring efficient operations and expanded program reach.
Goal Three: Miracle Village will be a new transitional living program at Jonathan's Place, developed in partnership with JLB. It will feature 16 one-bedroom units providing safe, supportive housing and a continuum of care for at-risk individuals, such as youth aging out of foster care. The program aims to foster independence by offering services that support personal growth, stability, and self-sufficiency.
