Vision

SAGE will be a philanthropic organization with a national reputation earned by the success of our program and the integrity and quality of our volunteers and make a difference in the lives of children, seniors and families and benefit our schools, communities, and country.

Goals

1. 1.Strengthen organizational capacity of S.A.G.E.™ for growth and expansion. S.A.G.E. plans to hire an additional volunteer coordinator which will make it possible to expand into more school districts in southeastern Pennsylvania.
2. 2.Improve program efficiencies, creating best standards for expansion of services, and develop measurable results for program objectives.
3. 3.Improve marketing and fundraising to sustain improvements, develop administrative or automation functions to support marketing and fundraising, and increase revenue. S.A.G.E. is expanding its revenue streams by pursuing more grants and sponsorships in 2026.
