Goals

1. 1.Strengthen and optimize our Day Program to increase enrollment, enhance participant engagement, and maximize mission impact. Implement targeted outreach, transportation access improvements, and program enhancements to serve more adults with IDD while maintaining high-quality, individualized support.
2. 2.Expand Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) by increasing client capacity and recruiting qualified direct support professionals. Improve service delivery systems to reduce wait times and ensure more individuals with IDD in our region have access to community-based residential and support services.
3. 3.Strengthen The Village Centers continuum of care by expanding structured Transitional Services that bridge the gap between school-based supports and adult programming. Align staffing, community partnerships, vocational pathways, and outcome measurement systems to ensure individuals with IDD successfully transition into employment, independent living, and lifelong engagement.
