Mission

The Lazarus House is dedicated to empowering and strengthening people with chronic illness where muscle loss may be a devastating collateral issue. The Wellness Program is low cost opportunity to safely exercise directly with a Health Fitness Professional in a safe haven. Lazarus House serves adults and adolescents with chronic illnesses like cancer, stroke, MS, TBI, HIV and spinal cord injury. We help people not only live longer, but live stronger.

Vision

**Vision Statement** We envision a world where chronic illness no longer limits a person's strength, independence, or potential. Through compassionate care, expert guidance, and inclusive wellness, The Lazarus House inspires every individual to rebuild strength, embrace resilience, and live life to its fullest.

Goals

1.We will increase the number of communities we serve, strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers, and developing sustainable funding opportunities. Growth will include expanding program capacity, train additional health and fitness professionals, and establishing new collaborations with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community organizations, and educational institutions.
