AUTO-IMMUNE HEPATITIS ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED TO HELP SUPPORT AUTO-IMMUNE HEPATITIS WELLNESS AND PROVIDE HOPE THROUGH DISEASE EDUCATION AND GIVING OUR PATIENTS RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES. WE WANT TO ENSURE THAT ALL PATIENTS, NO MATTER WHAT THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES, HAVE THE RESOURCES TO UNDERSTAND THEIR DISEASE AND PROACTIVELY ENGAGE IN THEIR CARE TEAM.
