The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
Several months ago our Executive Director made the difficult decision to leave the organization for another opportunity. With the consent of the full team, four staff have stepped up to fill the ED role and have created a shared leadership model. This transition has provided us with a unique opportunity to deepen our commitment to horizontal decision-making and democratic leadership. The co-leadership team has enthusiastically taken on the responsibility of steering the strategy and operation of Climate Mobilization Project.
