2. 2.Our goals for organizational capacity include strengthening financial stability through multi-year funding and donor expansion, enhancing management with structured training and onboarding for staff and volunteers, and advancing technical capacity by integrating efficient data tracking and virtual platforms. These efforts ensure sustainable growth and effective program delivery as we scale.
3. 3.Our goals for new programs include developing initiatives focused on workforce development, dual enrollment opportunities, and STEM education. We aim to create tailored mentorship tracks, expand internship offerings, and introduce leadership programs that address emerging industry trends.
