Handmade Arcade envisions an inclusive artistic community where all makers are empowered to share their craft and to achieve their creative potential and financial goals.

Goals

1. 1.Handmade Arcade is committed to growing our organizational capacity in order to further our impacts to the makers we serve. In 2025, we grew from one full-time employee to three full-time employees. This included the creation of a Development Manager so we can prioritize increasing and diversifying our revenue streams for future financial sustainability.
2. 2.Handmade Arcade has been evaluating the effectiveness and need of our current programs and services to identify where we can expand our programming as our capacity increases. In response to the needs of the makers we serve, we are committed to slowly and sustainably building new programs that align with our mission to empower makers and help connect makers to shoppers.
3. 3.As part of Handmade Arcade's mission is to connect makers with shoppers, we are committed to increasing our advocacy and storytelling efforts to encourage our audiences to shop small, local, and handmade. One of the ways we are achieving this is through the creation of a new online maker directory so that shoppers can find small businesses to shop from year-round, not just at in-person markets.
