Vision

We envision a dynamic and inclusive dance community in Charlotte where passion knows no limits and every dancer has the opportunity for a second chance. Through training and performance opportunities, we strive to break barriers, celebrate diversity, and showcase the transformative power of dance—both artistically and therapeutically. Our goal is to inspire, heal, and uplift individuals, proving that it’s never too late to dance full-out.

Goals

1. 1.We are committed to advocating for second-chance dancers by raising awareness about the importance of inclusive dance spaces. Through community outreach, partnerships, and storytelling, we aim to break barriers, promote the benefits of dance, and inspire more people to embrace movement at any stage of life.
2. 2.We plan to grow Project Full Out by expanding our classes, performances, and outreach while making dance more accessible. Our goal is to take our show nationally, bringing second-chance dancers to new audiences. Through partnerships, funding, and virtual training, we will increase opportunities and create an inclusive dance community that reaches beyond Charlotte.
3. 3.We will seek funding through grants and sponsorships to ensure financial stability. Improving our leadership structure will help streamline operations and support growth. Investing in technology will enhance our digital tools, making it easier to manage programs and reach more dancers. By strengthening these areas, we can expand sustainably and create more opportunities for second-chance dancers.
