Goals

1. 1.Expand access to inclusive performing arts education by filling to class capacity, offering more vocational options, and strengthening support for neurodivergent students. Grow programs to reach more families while maintaining high-quality, individualized instruction.
2. 2.Strengthen our core performing arts programs by refining curriculum, focusing staff resources, and prioritizing classes and productions that best support our mission of inclusive arts education. Scale back or discontinue offerings that do not align with long-term impact and student needs.
3. 3.Build organizational capacity by strengthening financial systems, improving staff training and evaluation, and investing in technology that supports operations, accessibility, and program delivery. Enhance long-term sustainability through stronger management practices and diversified revenue.
