LIBORIUS CATHEDRAL AND RECTORY, TRANSFORMING IT INTO THE LIBORIUS URBAN ART STUDIOS, LUAS (501C3), A SKATE PARK, ART, MUSIC, AND EDUCATION CENTER, DESIGNED TO GIVE PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND BACKGROUNDS THE CHANCE TO IMPROVE THEMSELVES AND OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH NEW SKILLS, VOCATIONS, AND ART ALL INSIDE THE OLDEST NEO GOTHIC CATHEDRAL WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER.
