Mission

DISABILITYSA'S MISSION IS TO EDUCATE, ADVANCE, AND ENGAGE PEOPLE WITH DISABIITIES BY BUILDING CONNECTIONS, EXCHANGING INFORMATION, CREATING OPPORTUNITIES, AND STRENGTHENING OUR DISABILITY COMMUNITY IN THE GREATER SAN ANTONIO AREA.

Our vision is to make San Antonio the #1 community where individuals with disabilities want to live,

Goals

1.Double disABILITYsa’s capacity to continue current programs, build new programs, and fulfill its growing role as a hub for resource exchange.
2.Increase the ability of those living with disabilities to more fully engage in community activities through the implementation of the MCU program.
3.Work to advance policies and practices that address challenges faced by people living with a disability in housing, transportation, healthcare, employment, socialization, and education.
