To create a future where every Asian and Pacific Islander American historic site is celebrated, preserved, and recognized as an essential part of the nation's diverse cultural narrative.

Goals

1. 1.Preserve and Promote APIA Heritage: Publish an updated historical narrative/milestones document, incorporating at least 5 key moments or campaigns previously omitted. Commit to preserving tangible and intangible heritage through advocacy, educational programs, and partnerships, with a goal to host three new workshops or events annually focused on generational healing and place-based storytelling.
2. 2.Increase annual fundraising revenue by 30% by the end of 2025 through diversified funding streams, including at least two new corporate sponsorships and one cooperative agreement with a preservation agency. Build internal capacity by bringing on 2 interns to support digital humanities content and other program administration
3. 3.Distribute a community survey to at least 500 stakeholders by March 2025 and achieve a response rate of at least 20%, using the feedback to inform strategic initiatives. Establish or renew at least five strategic partnerships with national preservation organizations and local APIA-focused groups by the end of 2025 to amplify collective impact and visibility.
