Bondh-E-Shams (Solar Water Charity)

Mission

Bondh E Shams is a clean water and tech non-profit committed to charitable giving and humanitarian aid by providing sustainable water solutions to off-grid communities with limited access to clean water. Our range of solar-powered water filtration systems, including the OASIS Box, Nano Box, Handpump, and Family Unit, provide water-starved communities with contamination-free water daily, serving diverse community needs for 20+ years.

Vision

Our vision is to transform lives globally by pioneering innovative water solutions that create lasting impact. Through cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices, we strive to build a world where every community has reliable access to clean drinking water, empowering them to thrive in the face of climate change.

Goals

1.Our goal is to expand access to clean water globally through solar-powered solutions. Operating in 7 countries with registrations in USA, Pakistan, UK, Kenya, and UAE, we scale our proven technology to reach underserved communities, reducing waterborne diseases and improving lives.
2.Focus on maximizing impact through our core mission by deploying strategic initiatives like our carbon offset program. The deployment of 210 OASIS Boxes in flood-affected Nowshera demonstrates this commitment, combining our clean water mission with environmental sustainability while serving communities most in need.
3.New programs based on research and development of community needs, exemplified by our OASIS Family Unit - a portable, backpack-style water filtration solution designed specifically for disaster-impacted families on the move. This innovation demonstrates our commitment to developing targeted solutions for emerging challenges in our served communities.
