We envision a country where students rise, working families thrive, and communities grow stronger — one relationship at a time.

Goals

1. 1.REACH has created 75+ programs, but not all align with our core mission: equipping students with leadership skills and families with financial mobility. We are focusing on high-impact programs—Financial Literacy (including Entrepreneurship and Homeownership), STEM youth, community building, and wellness—scaling back those less central to maximize impact and resources.
2. 2.REACH is launching a national expansion to grow our dual-impact model—student leadership + family financial mobility—into new communities. Using a tiered approach, we’ll pilot 1 new site in 6–8 months and 2 more in year two, replicating core programs while adapting locally to expand access, impact, and sustainability.
3. 3.We’re strengthening REACH’s capacity by hiring a locally focused Executive Director to free leadership for national expansion, growing our local (Bryan/College Station) team for sustainability, and diversifying funding streams—grants, events, planned giving—to ensure long-term success.
