1. 1.Expand choir membership, particularly in underserved areas, to make choral music accessible to more children.
2. 2.Increase and diversify revenue streams and funding sources to ensure consistent and sustainable income for YCKC.
3. 3.Strategically grow staff and volunteer talent pools to enable the achievement of long-term plans.
