Mission

Because City Hope SF believes no one belongs on the streets, our mission is to build relationships, decrease isolation, and connect vulnerable neighbors to community resources. By providing radical hospitality in beautiful places, we are uniquely positioned to welcome guests and build a community where they can envision their next steps toward health and stability.

A San Francisco where every person is welcomed with dignity, supported through connection, and equipped to move beyond survival toward a life of stability, purpose, and belonging.

Goals

1.We've seen firsthand the impact of our current programs, and demand continues to grow. Expanding access allows us to serve more individuals with dignity, deepen community connection, and more effectively meet urgent needs across the Tenderloin and beyond.
2.To sustain and scale our impact, we must strengthen our internal foundation. Investing in capacity ensures we remain resilient, responsive, and accountable—encouraging our team to deliver high-quality, transformative programs for the long term.
3.Our work is rooted in listening to and walking alongside our community. As needs evolve, so must our response. Developing new programs enables us to stay relevant, fill service gaps, and address emerging challenges with compassion and innovation.
