1.Establish a support system for Esperanza Dance Project's sustainability and growth through investments and organization in personnel (board members, staff, company, talent, volunteers, interns).
2.Increase the number of survivors and allies we reach and empower.
3.Deepen community awareness of and participation with Esperanza Dance Project through outreach, visibility, and advocacy.
