Vision

Our organization exists to help those in need at their own end of life journey. Whispering Willows provides a final and loving home for hospice senior dogs when their owners can no longer care for them themselves. Hospice seniors receive full medical care, comfort, and love until their very last breath.

Goals

1. 1.Our organization is focused on serving those that have no where to turn and no longer have the financial resources to help their aging pet. Currently Whispering Willows is reaching out to human hospice organizations assisting their clients before they pass. This allows us to reach more of our target population and helps us to continue to grow.
2. 2.Whispering Willows is investing in the quality of work and care that is provided. We have partnered very recently with a new veterinarian, groomer, and veterinarian technician. Our staff is continuing training courses and learning new ways to help the seniors implementing new practices from courses learned.
3. 3.Our organizations core program is assisting hospice patients, or those moving to nursing homes with their pets before they pass. This allows them peace and the ability to focus on their own end of life journey. We will be scaling back on owner surrenders that are purely out of convenience and not needed. Our resources will be solely used for seniors dogs that truly have no other place to go.
