Returning Soldiers Speak

Mission

We believe story heals the invisible wounds of veterans, first responders, and their families. Through dialogue, workshop, and performance, veterans gain new perspectives about themselves and the world around them. Empowered, veterans seek integration back into the community.

Goals

1.Create a program of playwriting workshops, culminating in readings and productions. The needs of our veterans have evolved to include playwriting and greater involvement in the theater community.
2.To broaden focus to include military families, providing opportunities to express their experiences and find healing and community. The importance of supporting this constituency cannot be ignored.
3.We're seeking funding from organizations to support our new programs. Development of our website and Instagram account will enhance community engagement and create new opportunities for our veterans.
