Vision

Musician Treatment Foundation hopes to foster a world in which we care for injured musicians regardless of their ability to pay so they can maintain their livelihoods and keep the music playing for us all.

Goals

1. 1.We are working to increase access to our core program of helping injured low and moderate income musicians by expanding outreach in multiple cities so that eligible musicians can receive care both at home and while on tour in dozens of cities across the United States.
2. 2.We are continuing to invest in the capacity of our organization to reach and serve more injured musicians by enhancing our procedures and systems as well as engaging consultants to facilitate development and outreach. We have strengthened our operations and set an ambitious fundraising goal to allow an increased investment in human resources to support greater program capacity.
3. 3.Now in our ninth year of operations, we are sharing information about the need for our services and our program record and outcomes to educate musicians, inform existing donors, and support general awareness of the plight of low and moderate income professional musicians who have limited or no health insurance who cannot afford essential orthopedic care for their upper limbs.
