Prevention through Intervention; Melissa Bell's Rescue believes prevention is best for helping eradicate overpopulation in community, stray cat colonies in Marion County, Florida and beyond. Our target human and cat population are underserved community cats and their colony caregivers, unable to get cats to and from surgical clinics for life saving sterilization and vaccinations. We believe no cat should be left behind.
