    TO FOSTER, PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE SPORTS, SPORTSMANSHIP, PHYSICAL CONTEST, ATHLETIC LEAGUES AND ATHLETIC INSTITUTIONS, PARTICULARLY AT THE JUVENILE LEVEL OF AGE, AS A MEANS OF BUILDING CHARACTER AS WELL AS PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING AMONG THE YOUNGER GENERATION IN ORDER TO FIT THEM MORE ADEQUATELY FOR THEIR FUTURE IN SOCIETY. THE PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE TO ALL INTERESTED YOUTH REGARDLESS OF SOCIO/ECONOMIC BACKGROUND.
