1. 1.We are strengthening WCAPS’s capacity through enhanced financial management, operational efficiency, and technical infrastructure. These efforts will ensure our long-term sustainability and enable us to continue empowering women of color in global peace, security, and conflict transformation
2. 2.WCAPS is prioritizing its core programs—leadership development, pipeline, research, and advocacy—while strategically scaling back initiatives that do not directly contribute to advancing our mission, to maximize impact and resource allocation
3. 3.WCAPS is committed to expanding the reach of our core programs, enhancing accessibility for women of color worldwide, and scaling initiatives that build leadership capacity and influence in peace and security fields.
