Vision

Our vision is an academy in which a vibrant community of inquirers investigate a broad range of questions about the world by bringing diverse perspectives to bear, thereby enlivening the pursuit of truth, knowledge, and progress.

Goals

1. 1.We have seen steady growth in our membership, but we are eager to accelerate this trend. We recently began our first targeted membership campaign, and in the months to come, we will be significantly ramping up efforts. We are working with a digital marketing agency to run paid advertisements and fuel prospecting.
2. 2.HxA recently launched a new policy division. While higher education systems grapple with fundamental questions about their purpose, character, and culture, HxA has a unique opportunity to craft thoughtful and effective policy approaches. We will work within the structures and dynamics of public and private universities, as well as the state and federal authorities that fund and regulate them.
3. 3.Over the last year, we have added 6 new full time staff members to build out our capacity for campus engagement, policy work, research, and marketing communications. We will soon be onboarding a Director of Development to expand on our fundraising successes of the past two years.
