A world free of unnecessary suffering, where we have closed the gap between science and clinical practice, and where every child, family, and provider has the skills, information, and tools they need to understand, prevent, and manage pain.

Goals

1. 1.Deepen & broaden program impact across the full pediatric pain spectrum, including expanding the chronic/acute pain resource libraries to match the depth of the procedural offerings, addressing barriers to implementation in clinical settings, increasing family’s access to tools, creating diagnosis specific content, & building a stronger health equity lens into resource development & distribution.
2. 2.Diversify and stabilize revenue across 5 different revenue streams to build financial resiliency. Execute recently created Fund Development Plan than includes operational detail, calendar, and revenue targets.
3. 3.Strengthen organizational capacity to support the next decade of growth. This includes expansion of the board and staff bench and improving the operating systems and the technology necessary for program implementation.
