THE OBJECTIVE OF THE SHORELINE BREAKERS (SB) BY-LAWS/OPERATING RULES IS TO PROVIDE CLEAR AND CONCISE GROUND RULES IN THE OPERATION OF THE LEAGUE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THESE RULES CONFLICT OR SUPERSEDE SB'S CONSTITUTION NOR AAU RULES, REGULATIONS OR POLICIES, AS SET FORTH BY AAU BASEBALL. TO ACHIEVE THIS OBJECTIVE, THE SB WILL PROVIDE A SUPERVISED PROGRAM UNDER THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF AAU BASEBALL, INC.
