Vision

We envision a world where every child with limb loss has access to high-quality prosthetic care and the opportunity to live a confident, independent, and active life. We see a future in which children with limb differences—both globally and here at home—are included, empowered, and supported. Domestically, we envision communities where children can connect with peers, gain confidence in who they are, and grow into strong, self-assured individuals. Internationally, we envision sustainable prosthetic care centers, local clinician training, and long-term programs that ensure children receive the care they need not just once, but throughout their growth.

Goals

1. 1.We are expanding access by establishing sustainable prosthetic training and fabrication sites, including 3D printing programs, to empower local clinicians to provide year-round care. We will increase the number of children served, grow domestic peer support programs, and strengthen partnerships to ensure lasting access to quality prosthetic services.
2. 2.We continuously adapt our programs based on the changing needs of the children and families we serve. By listening to patients, clinicians, and community partners, we expand services such as peer support groups, mentor programs, and improved prosthetic technologies to better support confidence, mobility, and long-term well-being.
3. 3.Our third goal reflects our commitment to expand advocacy for children with limb loss. We aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote equitable access to prosthetic care. Through public education, storytelling, partnerships, and community engagement, we will amplify the voices of children and families and champion their inclusion and rights worldwide.
