Goals

1. 1.Consistent and timely evaluation of existing programs to determine effectiveness. As patterns arise reflecting new challenges with our demographic and our community, create & innovate to provide sustainable solutions that prevent homelessness, decrease the time a family spends in shelter, increase the number of families moving to stable housing, including home ownership.
2. 2.Raise awareness of family homelessness members of our local workforce are experiencing despite their efforts to maintain independent housing. We find that the perception of homelessness is not the reality. We will create a platform for messaging and advocacy that reshapes perceptions to reflect the reality of full time working parents with children in our community.
3. 3.As we forecast the need based on our experience providing shelter, shelter diversion, transitional housing, eviction prevention, move-in assistance and stabilization programs. We will invest in securing funds to support intentional, responsible and strategic growth to allow our organization to meet the needs of our community leading to long-term stability, safety and independence of families.
