The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
Because we provided financial coaching one-on-one in the Twin Cities prior to COVID-19, we had to quickly pivot our model from personal to virtual. This meant re-tooling quickly to work with distressed widows online using new video conferencing tools (like Zoom, Teams) and producing a guidebook/reference book for both coaches and widows. We authored and printed the 165-page workbook in 90 days and it is the only guidebook like it.
