1. 1.Increase engagement with advocacy content by growing social media reach, producing high-impact videos, and expanding educational tours and outreach programs. Enhance donor and volunteer involvement through targeted campaigns, fundraising events, and sanctuary experiences while ensuring financial sustainability to rescue and care for more farmed animals.
2. 2.Launch an annual Anti-Dairy Month campaign each June, encouraging individuals to pledge to ditch dairy for 30 days. Use engaging storytelling, educational content, and social media challenges to raise awareness about the dairy industry’s impact on animals, health, and the environment. Track pledge sign-ups and engagement metrics to measure impact and refine outreach efforts.
3. 3.Strengthen organizational capacity by expanding fundraising efforts, securing sustainable revenue streams, and enhancing donor engagement. Invest in technology and analytics to optimize advocacy content reach and impact. Develop volunteer and staff training programs to improve sanctuary operations, animal care, and educational outreach effectiveness.
