PALMETTO EXCEL IS A TUITION-FREE CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL FOR ADULTS THAT STRIVES TO REMOVE BARRIERS THROUGH FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING, ACCELERATED COURSES, FREE CHILD CARE, AND SUPPORTED SERVICES SO THAT INDIVIDUALS CAN EARN A DIPLOMA.
