Vision

One Shepherd's vision is to create competent, compassionate, ethical leaders for a global future.

Goals

1. 1.One Shepherd intends to change the world for the better, one leader at a time. We started in Missouri many years ago. In the 2010s One Shepherd expanded operations to West Virginia, and in 2024 we expanded to Florida. One Shepherd will expand to the western United States over the next decade to reach twice as many new leaders. Our adventure continues.
2. 2.One Shepherd's flagship service is our six-semester Warrior Leader Program that develops leaders of people, then leaders of leaders, then leaders of institutions. Next year (2025) One Shepherd inaugurates our Operational Warfighter Leader Program that, over four semesters, will develop staff officers who shape culture and define the mission, vision, and values of institutional organizations.
3. 3.One Shepherd has achieved substantial recognition over the past 43 years of service - most notably our collaboration in training and field research with the US Armed Forces. Our staff officers and cadre instructors are published in government and academic venues. Yet, One Shepherd has never sought funding outside of our community. It is clearly time to seek resources for expanded operations.
