Mission

All The Way Up Adult Education Center empowers adult learners in Newark, NJ and greater Essex County through individualized training in High School Equivalency/GED Test Preparation, Adult Basic Education (ABE), English as a Second Language (ESL) and Job Readiness Skills.

Vision

All The Way Up envisions a world where people come together to inspire and teach each other, co-creating a community where each person lives and works to their full potential. We see a future where all individuals can access high-quality, personalized educational attention, regardless of their identity, financial means, and geographic location.

Goals

1.Job Readiness Classes & Workshops to better serve our students as they transition from the classroom to the worksforce.
2.New ESL (English as a Second Language) Class to meet the unprecedented demand of our community for English Conversation Classes.
3.Find ways to improve attendance, reduce attrition, and increase the percentage of students passing their HSE Exam.
