Mission

The Laramie Soup Kitchen is passionate about improving the quality of life for its guests by providing hot, nutritious meals, a comfortable place for social interaction, and information about the network of services available to those in need. It’s a place where All Are Welcome to enjoy meals at no cost in a friendly and safe environment.

Specific goals for 2025 are to increase food donations above 200,000 lbs (185,500 in 2024) and redistribute more than 50,000 lbs to partner organizations. Hot meals served are expected to increase as well.
2.Work towards the vision for a new facility featuring triple the dining capacity, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, and a dedicated warehouse to help meet the growing demand for wholesome meals. The Soup Kitchen envisions this new property as a collaborative nonprofit hub, providing space for multiple other organizations offering essential services to the same vulnerable population.
