Vision

A world where every girl in Guéoul, Senegal has access to education and opportunity achieve lifetime economic success. Education is the path out of generational poverty.

Goals

1. 1.We currently serve 189 female students in Guéoul. The need is double what we currently provide. Our goal is to raise the funds in the US and internationally to double our impact. Our model is successful, we data to prove it.
2. 2.Expand STEM tutoring to middle school students. In Senegal, students entering high school must choose between a path of either the sciences or humanities. Without exposure to STEM topics before high school, girls lack the knowledge to see themselves mastering and enjoying the sciences.
3. 3.Hire a local Senegalese Development Director to generate funds to expand capacity, improve graduation rates, strengthen local control and develop a career counseling and strong mentorship program.
