Mission

To unlock the inherent potential of every young person, while empowering them to thrive.

Vision

To co-create equitable communities where all young people know they matter. MYC is a community hub that ensures social emotional well-being for all young people so they can reach their fullest potential and become compassionate leaders of tomorrow.

Goals

1.Focus on board development with special attention to fundraising and fiscal management.
2.Our goal is to serve a diverse population of youth ages 10 - 18 through our Compass Afterschool and Summer programs. These have served as our core programs in Youth Engagement while we expand into Homelessness Support and Healthy Risk-Taking program opportunities.
3.Our goal is to deepen our community's understanding of the issues that create significant obstacles to youth thriving. We do this through education, collaboration and advocacy.
