Craftsman with Character® envisions a future where young people across the nation develop the skills, purpose, and character needed to thrive in the industrial workforce. By combining hands-on trade education with core values, we seek to empower the next generation of craftsmen—equipped not only with technical expertise but also with integrity, dedication, and a sense of purpose. Our vision is to create a sustainable, skilled workforce that strengthens industries and communities, ensuring long-term success for both businesses and individuals.

Goals

1. 1.Craftsman With Character will expand its program to communities in Wisconsin, Illinois, North Carolina and Texas in 2026.
2. 2.By December 2026, Craftsman with Character® will strengthen its organizational capacity by securing at least $1.5 million in funding through a combination of grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations. These funds will be allocated to developing a sustainable operational infrastructure, and enhancing program resources.
